A new fit-for-a-leader design system

We partnered with Nybolig to turn market leadership into a design language of its own. The identity takes the brand's most distinct assets and rebuilds them for a multi-platform reality. The previously static logo has opened up into a system of microinteractions, mnemonics and a flexible yet ownable communications engine. On the streets, innovative 'for sale' signs multiply listing views many times over. With a bespoke typeface, reworked digital platforms, merch and signage, the identity gives Denmark’s leading estate agent a design system that raises the bar for the entire category.
